Legacurry Presbyterian Church
About Us

In existence since 1840, Legacurry Church is situated on the Ballynahinch Road, about 3 miles south of Lisburn in an expanding commuter-belt area convenient to Ravarnette village and the Sprucefield Shopping Centre.

With a growing congregation of over 320 families, most professions and occupations are represented. Many families have young children as evidenced by a Sunday School roll of over 60 children.

In our Sunday services we aim to help people grow in their faith and maturity through teaching God's word; showing its relevance and significance in our lives today. Our services are varied. Our praise is a blend of contemporary and traditional led by a combination of organ, praise band, choir and singing groups.

Over 20 groups, clubs and associations provide opportunities for church members and members of the local community to participate, to learn and to socialise. These include Girls' Brigade, Boys' Brigade, Youth Groups, Young Adults, Senior Members' Group, Parent and Toddlers Group, Sunday School, Cell Groups, Adult Fellowship, Prayer Groups, Bowling, Flower Club, Table Tennis.

Our congregation is generous, warm-hearted, united and forward looking. We extend a warm welcome to everyone.
